These Terms of Service govern your use of StickersBonanza.com and purchases from Stickers Bonanza. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. OUR STORE
Stickers Bonanza sells physical stickers and related merchandise through this website. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to process orders and payments.
2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We try to show our products, sizes, colors, materials, and designs as accurately as possible. Screen settings, printing, cutting, and normal manufacturing tolerances can cause minor differences between a product image and the physical sticker you receive.
Sticker dimensions are approximate. Die-cut stickers follow the shape of the artwork, so the final cut shape may vary from a simple square measurement.
3. PRICES, ORDERS, AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted.
We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, abusive activity, or an incorrect shipping address that prevents fulfillment.
If we cancel a paid order, any amount owed back to you will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
4. FREE U.S. SHIPPING
Stickers Bonanza offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders with no minimum purchase.
Orders may require up to two weeks of processing before shipment while inventory is built or replenished. Carrier transit time begins after the order ships and is outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS
All sticker sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing from the order.
If there is a qualifying problem, contact us within seven days of delivery at rico@stickersbonanza.com with your order number and a photo when applicable.
We will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or refund.
6. BUNDLE DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
Eligible mix-and-match sticker discounts are applied automatically based on the number of qualifying stickers in the cart.
Current advertised tiers are:
3 or more stickers: 10% off
5 or more stickers: 20% off
10 or more stickers: 30% off
Only the best applicable bundle tier applies unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
Promotions, discounts, eligibility rules, and prices may change or end at any time before an order is placed. Discounts have no cash value.
7. STICKER USE
You are responsible for deciding whether a surface is suitable for a sticker.
Adhesive products can leave residue or affect delicate, painted, coated, porous, or weathered surfaces. Test placement when surface damage would be a concern.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Stickers Bonanza name, logo, website design, original artwork, product photography, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Stickers Bonanza and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a sticker gives you ownership of that physical item, not permission to reproduce, resell copies of, trace, manufacture, or commercially exploit the underlying artwork unless we give written permission.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use this website to commit fraud, interfere with store operation or security, scrape or misuse customer or store data, distribute malicious code, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in unlawful activity.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some parts of the shopping experience are provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment, shipping, analytics, or technology providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
11. AVAILABILITY AND WEBSITE CHANGES
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue products, collections, prices, promotions, or website features. We do not guarantee that every product or website feature will always be available.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stickers Bonanza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
13. PRIVACY
Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of your use or purchase will apply to that activity, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
